Silly Balls 1.0.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to v3.8.3. Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Just a silly little mod that adds some silly fun

Shooting an enemy has never been more fun! Every hit makes a bunch of bouncy colorful balls fly everywhere!

This mod is very customizable allowing you to change the balls minimum and maximum size, the speed at which they shrink until they despawn, the amount that will spawn, and lastly the speed they are given when they spawn!


Now with 2 versions! The standalone SPT version and FIKA compatible version so you can play with the silly balls alone or with your friends. :)


Please leave a comment if you encounter any bugs so I can have them fixed in the next version.

    I'm wondering if there is a mod that has a similar effect, but modifies the blood splatter effect instead.

    • Modify in what way? Someone else commented about this and I will look into.

      If there is a mod that can change the blood splatter effect, Like making the blood more abundant and noticeable, it would be very interesting.

    • If you click on the blue DOWNLOAD button on this page it should take you to where the downloads are hosted on github. You can then click on the SillyBallsSPT.zip file and it will download for you. Then you can use it as you would any other client mod. Sorry for the inconvenience I will make it directly download the SPT version in the next update.

  • couldn't this be used to implement more blood particles when shooting enemies?

    • I'm not sure whether you are talking about normal tarkov blood or visceral dismemberment blood but either way something like that could be done and I may look into it.

    • This is true. I am currently messing with an idea of how to lessen the impact so that does not happen but for now its the way it is.
