I'm working a lot, so it will take me a while to update/fix my mods
Some shotguns deserve special treatment like the Saiga-12K, Benelli M3, MP-153 and the KS-23M.
Rebalances:
The saiga-12K now have full-auto 
(Use with caution!)
Improved the semi-automatic fire rate of the Benelli M3 to match the MP-153/155.
Now you can put the Kiba Arms SPRM rail mount and the AK GP-25 accessory kit recoil pad
in the KS-23M.

getting a realism compat for the "new" weapons would be very cool, not sure if to poke here or that lad with a patcher for a ton of weapons, so this is my effort to do both.
...also would it kill to give the .700 nitro express just a wee bit more pen?

Everything else about the mod I super love, making the ks-23 genuinely super fun and actually usable mostly. And the new ammo types make me think I might kill someone eventually with enough led down range

MP-12 doesn't seem to work for me, I'm using realism so that could be it.

It's TPL and ID are the same, and is referenced nowhere else, including regular SPT.
Also, you are using the same ID and TPL on a few trades, which is not recommended.

Any change the handguard for the BM3 can be fixed? On the right side, raids are placed facing inward from the handguard. Been this way since its first release.

Will we ever see anything for the sawed off shotgun? It's my favorite sidearm and I would love the ability to put an optic on it or maybe two suppressors; plus, it would just be funny.

Nice, but the new ammo only works for mp-43 and can only load 1 bullet.

Hey just wanted to see if anyone else has the Saiga 12 and M3 are bugged with no sound. is anyone else experiencing this?

What type of sounds? gunshots?

No sound at all. The gun still shoots, the barrel will still heat etc just 0 sound. The only sound it has for some reason is after your empty you can hear the empty trigger clicks.
EDIT: sounds now work normally again after downloading the latest update. Great mod and thanks for the fix.

I've been hitting an issue with mod loading with Fika and clients. I have no issues loading the mod myself, but when my client tries to load, we get stuck on the "bundle loading" screen.
Fika/SPT works without the mod.

um hello? theres a bug i found witn m3 m-lok, soo first m-lok 4 inch rail seems to be good BUT secont rail has same coordinates - its facing towards the barrel and (for example) if i use 2 flashlights one of them placed right into the magazine lol
how can i fix this?

By editing item templates and cludging a PU 3.5 scope onto the Armasight Zeus mount, I was able to get a vague approximation of the "scoped carbine" version of the KS-23, all thanks to your mod!

The user must do it themselves. You have to edit the item file in the templates folder and add the item ID's to the right mod slot. Do NOT try this unless you know what you are doing and keep a backup of the original file because you can break your game if you do it wrong.

I patched my installer to use the mod and all works well and good. Are AR buffer tubes on the MP-153 doable? The red ARE buffer tube would look cool with the red 13 round comp shell tube.

The silencer cannot be added to the muzzle slot because the TOZ is a weapon container, and I do not have the knowledge to modify it. (Maybe someone knows)

Double barrel ULTRA short Barrel would be funny as well .. so short that a tiny bit of the shell sticks out the front like in H3VR

Just fyi, the handguard you added for the M3 is referred to as Mlok but is actually Keymod. But that's just a nitpick, much appreciated nonetheless!
