Delta Trader 1.0.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Autism Headquarters has announced a new trader that will be used for integrating my future mods into.

I wanted to do something similar to MoxoPixel's Painter so I don't flood traders with custom items.

This trader *has* base game items and 4 loyalty levels.

All item mods that I make from this point forward will use this trader. I'll be making this a requirement for the Arisaka Mount when I get the textures finished and everything finalized.

      2. Why shouldnt this be compatible with Realism? he sells vanilla items
