Setup Quest Update 1.0.1

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Updates Setup to only require 8 kills as of 15.0

Updates the quest setup only to require 8 kills, this will be redundant once SPT updates to 15.0.

  • @DowDeus, Hello. I'm just curious by nature. I was wondering why/how you decided to make this very very very specific thing into a temporary mod? It changes 1 aspect of 1 quest (out of hundreds) that has been a certain way forever and will be changed/corrected/updated to the current within weeks with the next SPT version. Again, not critiquing or criticizing, just curious as to how important it might be to players to have this quest changed from 15 PMC kills to just 8. I'm terrible at being able to complete most quests, so maybe this would help. Thanks in advance.

    • Hey. So I made the mod because one of my buddies is not enjoying this quest. They noticed the change to 8 and said they couldn't wait, so I made sure there was no wait. I only published it so others could have it if they wanted.


      This is my first mod for SPT and first mod for any game or any contribution outside of my working. So I've kinda been itching to just do some form of contribution.


      Now that I have done all the steps of making and publishing the mod, I feel more confident. I plan on making a mod that gets all values for every quest that has a "number" of "item/kill" requirements and putting it into a config that players can change... so if there is one particular quest you just don't enjoy you can reduce the requirements, or even increase it if you would like.
