Are you tired of having no momex with your cqc mask or gasmask?

My first mod, its a simple mod that changes all vanilla balaclavas to be equipped into the Eyewear slot

Credits To penOkOh for help on the initial mod and coding help.


Mod is all modular so can update what you want in the config file


ADDED THE OPTION TO REMOVE ALL RESTRICTIONS ON ALL HEADWEAR JUST SET FALSE TO TRUE IN THE CONFIG FILE.

  • Wait, does this mean balaclavas and beanies can now be worn in either slot, or just eyes?

    • Just eyes from what I saw. At least what this affects.

    • there is no way for balaclavas to be equipped in both that i know off, but it simply just moves all vanilla balaclavas into the eyewear slot so you can wear gasmasks or cqc mask with a balaclava.

    • Hey, i think you might have to take a look at Tactical Gear Component mod, it provides some belts that you are able to put either in rigs slot or in armbands, so maybe it is possible to give balaclavas the possibility to use both headwear and eyewear

    • do you know what TGC belts can be equipped in both?

  • How would I go about making it so I can choose whether I want what is included here to be equipped on either the eye or face slot not just the eye slot?

    • Like is it possible to have them be placeable in both face and eye slots? So say I want to wear glasses with a facemask I could/etc.

    • i dont think you can do as you make the game think a balaclava is a visor. have to remove the mod unless i make it so glasses go in the bloody armband slot LOL
