Assorted Weapons Armory 1.2.4

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.10 or if they can upload older versions of their mods.
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Add additional weapon variants through receivers with automatic fire, or chambering in different calibers.

A successor to the old Battle Rifle mod, not only does it add variants 7.62x51(54R) DMRs with automatic fire (ex:M14, AR-10, AVDS, HK417A2), but also include many other weapon variants (5.56 and 5.45 variants of the Mk47), and some of my personal janky designs (Kedr that fires at 450rpm, 1200rpm burst PBM).

    APBM: firetype is now [single, fullauto]. rate of fire changed from 1200 to 550


    Note:

    I only select one Olympus 250rd magazine for each receiver, so do not be alarmed if your favorite magazine is not compatible (use edit preset to find the correct magazine).


    Also, having tested the mod with and without the Olympus mod with no errors, there will be no need for a separate mod that is compatible with Olympus.

  • Recievers from this mod don't work with parts and modifications from other mods. Tried kitting out the AKMSU with stuff from 13.5 content preview and the Miralyn weapons port mod but it just won't. RnfmMxC

    Hopefully, it can be fixed since I can use mod items with weapons from other mods just fine.

    • Sadly, my mod is based on stock parts, and I don't know how to incorporate other mods into my mod without manually adding them individually.

  • Im trying to remove the mod because I dont think it working correctly and this is the message I get when opening the game. I believe I deleted any weapon from my inventory from this mod. Anyone know how I can safely remove the mod??

    • You can simply delete the mod with no issues.


      Though to be safe, make sure none of those weapons are in your inventory prior to deletion.

    • By any chance, are you using another mod that has the M4 receiver?

    • I have so many mods, that cant say exactly what can inlude it :(

    • Because my mod has the M4 coded as such, so it may be conflicting with another mod that also has the M4 as the item code.

  • Is it normal to get the following message in the server? I get it from time to time. <GUN> is each variant added.
    "Item <GUN> not found in item base cache"
    If this isn't normal, is there a way to fix it?

    Back in a few versions ago of SPT there were several other extra weapons, lynx, barrat m82, general dynamix NGSW and several others. Can't find it in the mod list so guessing its been dropped, is it something you can reserect and add to this?

    • This mod only uses existing models. My original intent for mods like this was to add more 7.62x51 rifles that can go full auto, but over time I decided to add some other weapon variants for existing receivers that are not just for full powered rifles.


      And if you want a big bore rifle that slaps, I already modded a Mk-18 Mjolnir that can go full auto, and a custom 20 round magazine to boot. Or you can use the Olympus version that holds 250 rounds with no recoil buff.

  • Can we get an AR47? Like the Mutant, but uses AR mags. You don't even need to add a model for a new mag if you add Unimags (25-round capacity for 7.62x39).

    • I may try that with a separate mod when I have the time. This mod is limited to existing items (except for the 20 round mk-18 magazine as a proof of concept).

    • The new Sig spear LT in 7.62x39 would be a better model than this. considering the mutant doesn't have a bolt lock

  • I have issue this mod it's incompatible with JOSHJ5HAWK'S SUPER AMMO so Ummm it cannot fire like no ammo in magazine

  • How does this mod work with quests that require you to kill with a specific weapon?

    • I don't think they would work because I would need to add those weapons to the quest as part of a requirement.


      And I do not know how to do that.

  • Possible idea's.

    ADAR/M4A1 - 5.45x39 and .357

    STM - 9x18

    MP7 - 7.62x25

    • I have a Mk47 modded to fire 5.45 already (and uses AK-74 magazines.


      Also, the reason why I mainly adopt existing calibers and magazines is because I need to keep my mod with some degree of compatibility with Olympus.

  • It seems like version 1.2.0 conflicts with Fin's AI Tweaks, causing it to cease function. 1.1.1 still works fine, however. This happens with and without the new weapons added to their lists, and only seems to resolve when this mod is removed.

    • I just tested this problem out with FAIT and it works for me fine. I think it may have something to do with the other mods that you have installed.

    • Sorry guys, got nothin'. After testing it again, it only sometimes wanted to load bots with FAIT active, both with and without any other mods loaded. It also only disabled some mods when the initial server report happened, i.e. ACOG4Life-OpticRework, AWM, Ammo Stats and HoloSun-HS507C were disabled, but Cann-ModCase/Ruined_Wooden_Box were fine.


      I'm not quite sure how to pin down the issue, since it seems to occur both with only FAIT and this loaded, and with other things loaded. Same server report no matter what was loaded, as long as FAIT and Macross 1.2.0+ were paired. :notlikethis:


      If it helps, I'll leave my (admittedly relatively lengthy compared to Macross') mod list below.


      EDIT - Sept. 12th, 2022:

      Updating to 3.2.3 and the newest versions of FAIT and Macross removed the server print, but AI still fail to spawn. animeifkdup

  • I love this mod, however could you make it compatible with Olympus if possible, I would love to use its mags with this mod

    • I have just uploaded a new version, with another separate version compatible with Olympus.


      But because Olympus is not updated for 3.2.1 as of the time of this writing, I cannot test the mod to see if it works.


      Once it is updated, I will be sure to make the proper corrections if any so it will work.

    • I just tested it and it crashes the aki.server unfortunately


      edit: just realised there is a new AKI so that's maybe why its crashing for me. I will update to latest version and report back
