Infinite loading screen (Yes i read the faq)

This doesn't happen on 12.9 but happens on the newer versions, this also happens to my actual tarkov so I'm assuming that's where the problem stems from but I've reinstalled normal tarkov and checked integ, cleared cache, basically, anything you can think of but spt 12.9 would still work so I just played that instead, I tried updating using my tarkov files and now it won't work. I created a new account, I removed all mods on both versions and nothing changes, if anyone has a suggestion please let me know ill try most likely anything

if anyone is able to see this it was a problem with a document i had saved my old tarkov document folder and renamed it and it messed it up apparently, deleting it solved my dumb problem.
