Unable to sell items on Flea as barter after updating from 3.5.0 to 3.5.2

While playing 3.5.0 is was able to list items as barter trades, however I have just updated to 3.5.2 and now it is no longer possible to do so (at the time of writing this, my profile still has an active barter trade listed on Flea, and a second barter trade sold after the update.). Using Chomps Disable Fleamarket Blacklist it is possible to list items as a barter again, but only for items that are normally Banned from Flea.

I thought it was an issue with my mods, as there are a few that were not updated to 3.5.2, but removing all mods and making a new profile still does not allow me to list items as barter trades.

Any help that would result in me being able to sell items as barter again would be appreciated.

I am aware that the FAQ states that items cannot be sold as barter on Flea, but it is specifically the fact that I could, and now can't, that makes me come here and ask.
