Incorrect Game Version?

I keep getting an error that I am not running the correct game version required for SPT. I thought I had the correct downgrade patcher, but I guess not. I can't locate the one I need which is 0.13.0.22173. My game version is currently 0.13.0.21734. Thanks in advanced.

How do I check if it’s the correct “.exe”? I apologize, I’m new to this. I’ll also verify that the launcher is pointing to the correct location.

Also, my live game is up to date, so should I remove all my SPT files and then do a fresh install using the installer?
