Flea Market is not available

I hope I have not made the wrong way to ask for assistance.

I read the FAQ and searched the forum and reddit.

My problem is that I cannot enter the flea market.

The flea market button is gray, and above it is written "the flea market in not available"

How can I solve?

the only problem is the client server, which shows red lines. Anyway the game for now goes and the flea market also goes so I'm happy with it!
