Stuck on loading screen

Hi,

I have problem with loading screen. I tried reinstalling EFT and SPT but didn't help. I read the FAQ and the other requests but didn't help either.

I done all of the four steps (even the optional one) but still nothing. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

You deleted your live EFT and downloaded it again and it didnt fix the error?

Can you upload a new client log?

This client log is after I reinstalled EFT, but i'll try and reinstall again

It worked after i reinstalled and log in to the eft live first. thx for help
