Sudden game crash with a black screen mid-raid element

Asking on behalf of a friend who doesn't understand English.

Was running through a raid, and suddenly the screen became pitch black, but he was still able to see the lighting mesh from the flashlight when toggled. Worked his way to extract, extract is fine, but the raid progress did not register.

Also frequent crashing from other undetermined causes as well.

Logs are for the latest sudden crash. Not the black-screen-no-progress one.

Still in progress. Not sure if this helps - a profile corruption reverting it to an 0KB file was also reported - fresh start profile, not from a previous version.

Edit: judging by his reactions he didn't have RAM cleaner on, told him to try with it on. Still awaiting report.
