First time installing. Installer gets to Running Patcher and then nothing happens

Hi! So first time hearing about this mod today and sounded awesome so updated my game and then downloaded installer and started installing on Program files/SPT brought the launcher in there and started installing and then it got to Running patcher and has been stuck there for about 30 minutes. Please advise.

Sorry im not the most tech savvy guy. Where might i find those logs to upload?

That directory doesnt seem to exist for me yet. I can give the Spt-Aki-Installer info

Should i perhaps try manually patching it before running launcher?

Found the problem my antivirus did not like the patcher.... So resolved thanks for your time mate
