Hello everyone,
First of all, the installation is fresh, that includes everything from the client to the server to game files (nothing downgraded/upgraded) & without mods.
For clarification, the parts in question are not the ones being sold directly by the vendors but the ones included in the weapons they sell.
Here is an example: Starting a fresh account & inspecting vendor goods adds up EXP to your profile in-game which matches the launcher when it updates via server, closing the game at this point after the profile is saved retains a matching EXP count to your last usage (so far so good) but once you inspect parts that are within weapons that vendors sell (direct inspection without buying said weapon), that's when the EXP mismatches between the profile in-game and the launcher begin, closing the game after this point even after the profile is saved will not retain the amount of EXP gained from inspecting said parts, firing the game again will show all the parts inspected but the EXP reverted as if you never gained them. (EXP gained from inspecting parts within weapons in your inventory still works as intended & carry over when restarting the game, just a vendor related issue)
If you inspect everything on a "Standard account" even before running any raid, it will get you to level 2, but as soon as you close the game, you are reverted to 75%-ish of level 1 with everything still inspected next time you boot it up.
From following "General - Dev", I am to understand that the launcher UI itself is not an integral part of what runs the server but it is a good indication that the bug in question resides at the source since that's what the launcher calls that value from.
I have linked the server logs but for some reason it is missing some lines that existed in the "server.exe" while it was running.
Lines like these popped up whenever I inspected the parts in question:

I understand that this is a minor issue & you guys have other more important things to worry about but not sure if this ends up affecting other things elsewhere, it's reported now anyway so maybe whenever anyone gets around to it.
