Your logs are riddled with errors:

Could not load [kmyuhkyuk-GamePanelHUDCore 2.7.7] because it has missing dependencies: com.kmyuhkyuk.EFTApi (v1.1.7 or newer)

make sure to install dependencies as per the mods description page

You have a lot of mods, check they are all made for 3.7.0, i suspect some are for 3.6.1 only.
