QuoteDisplay MoreQuick and dirty mod after recent complaints that will remove the time requirements from quests.
Note: This will have no effect if you are already waiting on a quest to unlock, there is nothing i can do about that.
Install directions: Extract to the root of your SPT install as shown below.
