Allows you to change the experience multiplier for each skill separately + disable "skill fatigue" functionality

This small mod does 2 things:
- Removes the "skill fatigue" functionality, so the amount of experience is always constant
- Allows you to change the experience multiplier for each skill separately in BepInEx menu
Installation
1. Drag&Drop this file into BepInEx/plugins
2. Press F12 to Open BepInEx menu and find Manual Experience Multiplier
3. Then change the multiplier for each skill as you like (applies instantly, even if you're in a raid)
