I just quickly cobbled together this singular text file to make the barrel fit in with Realism. I eyeballed the stats to be somewhere between the 20 inch and the 16.5 inch barrels, with slightly better accuracy but slightly increased weight. But the main benefit is the lack of that ugly front sight and the ability to use long handguards.
For installation, you obviously need HK416 16in Heavy barrel and SPT Realism Mod. Just drag and drop the contents of this mod's archive into your SPT folder.
