Question marks as traders

Just wondering why I am getting Red Question marks as traders in the trade menu only one i can now see is Yeager

Update on the above issue as soon as I hit level 10 and unlocked the fleamarket it seems to fix the trader icons too have no idea what caused but all seems well again
