What about the new item ids ?

When updating the old (3.9) mod found this error, I would like to know what is the incorrect data in the database and where do I read the last error ?
also where can I find out what identifiers for new items should now be specified?

and why shouldn't he include them?

I didn't know about this, my bad, but earlier ids didn't have to contain only hexadecimal characters.
