Prapor shops is empty after reaching loyalty 2 and error message saying "Error converting value "kip-aks74ndefault" to type 'EFT.MongoID'. Path items[450]._id, line 1, position 78274"

After i completed i quest for prapor and got him to level 2, i refreshed the store only to see an error message

And after i clicked "OK", i saw that the store was empty

The only trader that this happened with was prapor, i saw a similar problem in Level 2 Traders not selling anything, but i dont know how to do the solution presented.
