Can I still download and use 3.10

Might be a stupid question, but here goes.

I used to play SPT a while back, it was still version 3.9 I believe. Some of the mods I consider essential are not updated to 3.11 yet, which is fine, but I was wondering if I can download 3.10 anywhere (if so, where?) and play it until said mods get updated to 3.11, or do I have to deal with laser aim AI PMCs from PvE?
