Welcome to SJX Elite Stims, an addon to Consumables Galore that introduces eight high-performance, late-game stimulants crafted for PvP, high-tier raids, and solo survivalists. Each stim is built off vanilla Tarkov stimulants, with rebalanced effects to deliver serious edge — at a cost.
This mod requires Consumables Galore and benefits from its full feature set:
- Flea market integration
- (Optional) Trader support
- (Optional) Crafting options
- (Optional) Map spawnpoints
- Modular design — delete what you don’t want
Included Stims:
Zagustin Plus
• Instantly stops all bleeds
• Prevents new bleeds for 240s
• Painkiller effect (60s)
• Side effect: Hydration -15
AHF1-M Plus
• Health regen: +2.5 HP/sec
• Painkiller effect (90s)
• Side effect: Energy -5
• Faster onset, shorter duration
L1-Sprint
• +60% sprint time
• Endurance XP rate: +20%
• Painkiller effect (20s)
• Side effect: +10% movement noise
Obdolbos++
• +20% Strength, Endurance, Perception XP
• +20% stamina regen & carry weight
• Side effects: 10% chance to fracture limbs after 5 min, Tremor for 120s
M.U.L.E. Plus
• +75% carry weight
• Strength XP: +15%
• Side effects: Hydration -30, Energy -30 (over time)
Adrenaline Surge
• +25% stamina regen
• Painkillers (90s)
• Strength XP: +15%
• Temporarily +10 HP to each limb (180s)
PNB++ (PNB Glycine)
• +15% recoil control
• +20% aim stability
• -10% movement noise
• -20% AI detection for 240s
RegenX-7
• +1.5 HP/sec regen for 600s
• Painkiller (300s)
• Removes light bleeds on use
Each stim is handcrafted with thoughtful buffs, trade-offs, and synergy for advanced players.

1. Drop the folder into spt folder
2. Requires Consumables Galore to work
3. All items are in items as individual JSONs
4. To disable an item, delete its file (after removing from inventory)
Each stim JSON can be customized for price, effects, trader access, crafts, and spawns.

Mod loads any JSON inside the items folder.
Use the included stim files as examples.
To make your own:
- Clone a base Tarkov stim using "cloneOrigin" ID
- Set a unique MongoDB-style "id"
- Add "Buffs" array for effects
- Optional: trader, spawns, crafts
- Reference Aki_Data/Server/database/globals.json for available buffs
