Player scav loadout is not marked not found in raid

Does this happen when mods are disabled aswell?

Just to clarify: items are non-FiR when you enter Scav raid and still remain non-FiR even after extract?

That is something I've noticed too with PMCs: if you kill and loot AI PMC you see his gear as non-FiR, but if you extract with this gear alive - that gear will get FiR checkmark too.

This makes me believe this is not mod-related? but needs additional investigation.

yeah that is standard behaviour. AKI mark everything FIR on extract as far as I am aware.
