Game crashes when a ai shoots near me

My game crashes when ever an ai shoots near me and i dont know how to fix it i have reinstalled multipule times and its not working This pops up in logs right befor it crashes. the ai also dissapear and reappear randomly when i look at them

no my game is still broken even when i remove all mods

just an update i have done like everything. reinstalled both video and audio drivers reinstalled actual tarkov moved it from my hdd to ssd removed all mods
