Solved the issue. Client directory was set incorrectly. Had to launch client first to edit directory before launching server.
I've tried with both Version 1.6.0 and 1.5.1, as well as reinstalled the game multiple times.
The Client just hangs on "Connecting". The server is confirmed to be running.
