All you need is to carry over your profile from \user\profiles\ - if server version is the same, you do not need anything else

Edit: it worked for me! For anyone reading this in the future, you do need your username and password that you originally made.
I've been enjoying SPT on my laptop for a little over a week now and want to continue playing on my desktop, but would rather not start over. Is it possible to copy and paste save files from my laptop to my desktop PC and continue where I left?
