It turns out it's very random, theres been multiple labs raids where there have been no PMCs, however literally right after I made this post I went into a couple raids and there was a bunch of PMCs, they usually dont have that great of gear though and I have like advanced pmc loadouts mod, not sure if that's what it's called or not but they are there. But once again I go in sometimes still and there is none. Do you know a way to make PMCs stronger against scavs? they are usually just dead anytime they run into them

I have found settings that make enough PMCs spawn on other maps in my opinion, but for some reason when I go into labs it's nothing but raiders, no PMCs in sight anywhere. Not sure how to fix it.
