i had this issue and uninstalling live eft and reinstalling everything again helped the issue for me at least
I know you are trying to help but If I remember correctly, you had a different error in the log.

Yet another BundleLock setter exception. This will be investigated and potentially hotfixed soon.
The game is still accessible for most people, it just seems select few are running into this odd issue.
Also have the same issue. I realised most people running to this issue if not all, are from Turkey. I am also from Turkey.
Ever heard of the game Pillars of Eternity? Uses Unity engine too. That game has a bug for people from some select countries. You get a blackscreen on startup and sit there. Only way to get past this to change your Windows Language to English (UK). This was the dumbest solution for a bug that worked for me. Anyway I thought it might worth considering this.
