I have found the root cause of this. The orange 5.45 magazines, 6L20 in Azmut rig seems to bug out the game. I was able to recover that profile once I removed that magazine from both my stash and from my 74U. Perhaps it was because I bought it from flea market and those item ids were bugged? No idea. For now, it's been fixed.

So I had been loyally playing the game for last week or so. Today, I backed out from a raid loading screen to get my quest items, but then I realised that my weapon was gone and it seemed it won't be returned from insurance. Once I got a new weapon and loaded into a new raid, I realised something was off - I could only see the rig (and empty) not my backpack or my pouch. I tried looting a box but it won't show up on my right screen to loot. Each time I open the box, UI of the chest rig would replicate itself.
I have tried restarting the server, reinstalling the mods, trying the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" trick where I launched the official game after launching the server. There seems to be no fix that I could find. What do I do?
