Try without mods, see if it’s the same, if not a mod is borking something
Found out what it was dude, Its Much Needed any value lower than -80 and it borks the reloading of magazines, feel free to close this now

Come across a curious issue, when in raid and trying to reload a mag with .300 skullcracker blackout rounds into the pmags which have been extended to 120 rounds, the mags wont load, just becomes an infinite loading circle and then i cant reload / unload the magazine again.
Any Ideas?
