Try "ready for finish" or what the choice is for when the subtasks are done but you still need to "turn in" the task. That might trigger it.
It won't do that as its considered "initial equipment" so you can only get it once you START the quest. Also, not sure if this is on my part but when I set the "Getting Acquainted" quest to "AvailableForStart" then click save it just resets it to "Success"...

the alt trader pics got copied onto my actual live game. how do I fix this??? I don't want to get banned.
