These are all the mods I have installed.
FYI: It was (at least for me) "\user\mods\Ilhsiek-MuchNeeded\config.JSON" at line 226 "finishAllQuests": false. I replaced it with true and that was the problem for me. I set it back to false and that's what did it for me.
