The problem seems to have resolved itself, I restarted the server and it happened again, then I restarted my machine and now it's not doing it. So, I guess the fix is a full system restart, sorry if I wasted your time.

Started a little bit ago after I hit Level 15 and unlocked the Flea, after the timer for extracting goes down and I get out, before the music it just goes black, it's like it freezes there, no music or sound. And I have to Alt-F4 out, luckily it does not delete the stuff I got out with because when I go back into the game it's like it never happened. it's just a major inconvenience.
