I uninstalled the everything tarkov and reinstalled and it worked.

I've tried that a couple times but I will try again. Are there any registry keys that I need to delete to completely remove it? Do I need to start over with a different folder name?

I did a fresh install of spt-aki and when I start the game it just sits at the loading screen indefinitely. I have read through several threads with similar problems but I have not found a fix. Is there any way to fix this?
