I was hoping that was it but they're set correctly. I tried running the live game and got some error about game integrity compromised so i think i'm going to do a complete reinstall of everything, see if that fixes it.
I think I'm just going to try a fresh reinstall of both again.
Yes, both the launcher and game are installed. I did a fresh install of the live game on my laptop, then copied my SP tarkov folder from my desktop.
i just did, not sure why it was passworded.
I currently have sp tarkov working perfectly on my PC and copied everything directly to my laptop. Trying to play on my laptop, immediately after the main menu appears, I get an error that simply says "error", no other information, and has an okay button. If I click this, the game immediately crashes.
I read through the FAQ multiple times which while it didn't mention the exact issue I'm having, it lead me to believe it's probably a .NET issue, so I made sure to download and install 3.5, 4.7.2, and 5.0.10. The only issue I had here is my laptop came with .NET 4.8 already installed, blocking 4.7.2 from installing. Will SPT function with .NET 4.8, or do I need to figure out a way to rollback to 4.7.2? Or am I chasing after something that's not the issue?
