For some reason, the server log file is in Russian. The error appears after the line "/singleplayer/bundles", then after clicking "OK" the application closes and the launcher window becomes active (the next two lines)

Absolutely all mods and plugins are disabled at the moment, except for Reflex Sights. The plugins folder contains only the spt and SamSWAT.ReflexSightsRework folders.
