Also, I noticed that SeeItemValue is no longer working but this could be a problem with 2.3.0.

Below is original message please ignore, I had an older version.
Not sure if I messed up a config somewhere but when I go to car extract on customs by the dorms, I get the an error "bring shortname [0]" and it doesn't let me extract. Anybody know what config I can change for this?

Haven't gotten too far into the mod but how does the secure container progression work? Through trader quests?
