I too am having this exact same problem...
I have deleted EVERYTHING that is Tarkov. Extra folders, documents, files and emptied the recycling bin. Reinstalled the official Tarkov launcher, downloaded the game and verified files for some reason. Copied all of Tarkov into a new folder on a different drive named TarkovSP. Downloaded the AKI 2.3.0 and extracted, replacing all the files. Reinstalled all of the net frameworks.
Im not sure where I could have left any trace of 2.2.3 but im still having the same open, flash black, close, error log issue that GetFlashlight is having. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
