Huh. Putting it directly in the C drive worked right away (i did C:\SPT-AKI). Thanks. The install guide shows the location you mentioned, but neither it nor the notes on the file's download outright say "put it here". Might want to put that wording in there somewhere just in case someone else hits this snag.

So, interestingly, that launcher straight up worked. Played a raid, died and everything. 10/10, but what does that mean?

Interesting. So this new launcher put into the folder made the launcher not run for some reason. Included the server.log as a result. This launcher does, however, read "connecting" instead of "ok".

Did this and there was no change. Still no additional logs.

I ran the .net 6 exe just to make sure and it said repair not install, so I am assuming it is there, as I cannot find it under 'turn on or off windows features'. I am using the AKI Launcher, and lastly there is no launcher.log. The only file under that folder is the server.log.

Just tried that. Problem persists.

Hello.
Fresh purchase and install of EFT as well as SPT as of 2-3 days ago, with the intent specifically to play SPT, but as the title states, I start the game and am met with an infinite loading screen, as pictured in my uploaded images. I followed the install guide as well as consulting the FAQ and threads relating to this issue and haven't achieved success in even launching the game. Mind you, live works fine, after initial install, as well as my 2 subsequent uninstalls/reinstalls. I made sure my .nets were installed, made sure to extract the files with 7zip using the password, and compared my installation folder with 2 individuals who also play SPT. With some additional license text files, they are similar. The odd part of this issue is that the game doesn't even make it to the point where it's creating logs, as noted by the fact that I could only find the server log, not the other 2. And yes, I did in fact wait for the thing to try and do something, ran it in the background and let it run for a while, walked away and did something else, to no avail.
Ideas are welcome.
Password for the log file code paste is "bubble" by the way. (It said recommended, bite me)
Note - Had to paste the server log 3x because I could neither leave the line empty nor put "N/A" in there, sorry
