I think that is what is causing the problem Aki.Launcher.exe as well as the server.exe are zero bytes i am using 7zip I must have goofed something up along the way thanks for the quick feedback.

Hello,
I am looking for some help to figure out why the server will not open on my computer I have messed around with SPTarkov on prior versions of the game I just cant figure out why it cannot run on my PC. I downloaded the game from the offical website and downloaded sptarkov from this website. i also installed Net 5.0.0 and still no luck. Also I dont think any log files were generated so my bad on the empty links.
