It was Fin's AI Tweak that caused the problem. Not sure if it was due to configurations in the mod or the code is conflicting with other mod, but as far as I can tell, removing it does the trick

I'll try your solution, but noted that all of the mods are confirmed by modders to have been updated to 3.1.0, and I've download these mods only after I've checked that they're compatible with 3.1.0

Encountered issues where:
1. The fog is way too dense. Like, literally can't see 10 feet ahead thick. Here's a screenshot of how thick the fog is in raid https://snipboard.io/uIJ9Xx.jpg. Not sure if this is one of the game's weather, but just want to post here in case it's not.
2. No AI spawn. I've tested on factory and customs, with both pmc and scav, and in all cases, I've seen zero spawn. Normally when I play, the game would somewhat stutter when it spawns the AIs so I'd know when the game doesn't spawn bots.

I have a K65 Mini and I can't use the number key in anyway in. The key works fine outside of tarkov and other games. I used the default control setting and tried revert setting + restarting the game multiple times, but it didn't work.
Also, I tried to find the client error log, but there is no error log. Along this will be a screenshot of my client log folder at the time I was typing this.
