  • ERROR: Lock file is already being held

    What worked for me is making a backup then going in through to your spt folder
    going to user/profiles
    then there should be a file there that looks like a folder and ends with .json.lock

    Delete then wait till the server says profile changes saved and then close and reopen everything and that worked for me
