I put the installer in a seperate folder, so I had a folder for EFT and another for SPT-AKI-INSTALLER and ran the installer inside its own folder, does that make sense?
My bad all sorted
I have the same issue, stuck on the launcher screen reinstalled the original game and cleared all the old files, only started after a clean install
