I fixed it. After uninstalling bsg i forgot to delete the live file after uninstall.
I have reinstalled everything and looked at the FAQ. I also followed every step but the as soon as I click on start game it immediately crashes and sends me back to the desktop, I'm at a loss for what to do so please help if you can.
