As of updating to 2.3.1i seem to spawn into the world on every map apart from interchange & customs not sure if this is a known issue or if its just me,
I've re-copied patched & ran the game to the same outcome, the mesh of the world is missing, building objects & everything else seems to spawn/load correctly
