maybe i found most idiotic fix for crashing, i downgrade my GPU drivers to 576.02, REMOVE ram cleaner, Turn back on OC profiles on GPU an MB software!
you asking "and where idiotic part?"
IT'S STARTS HERE: when i turn up a Server i WAIT for it to say: "Server is Load Good Game", than wait for MOAR preset and other mod to shop up in consel, AND ONLY AFTER THAT i turn on Launcher, i played two almost houred raid! EACH!, no crashing...
i dont know how the hell it's works, guys 
guys what help me with crashes is disable OC profile on MB and GPU AND instal Ram Cleaner form Cactus (i put time of cleaning ram on 2 minuts (120 secocnds)) play a FULL raid with turned off OC profiles and RAM cleaner and everything was fine!
MB: MSI Z-370 SLI PLUS (turn off OC profile in MSI program)
CPU: i7-8700k (didnt do any OverClocing from BIOS)
RAM: 16GB (put 3000MHz profile ON truth BIOS)
GPU: RTX 2070 GIGABYTE WINDFORCE (didin't do anything with that just turn off OC profile in gygabyte program) Instaled last driver 576.52

Fin, am curious, there is any chance to do some tweaks in "Progressive gear", with this option weapons are such a trash on scavs and pmc's, i wanna changed it a little to have a chance, you know, to shoot
