Yup, it works on blacked out limbs the same as a CMS or SURV12 kit, I couldnt find a way around that unfortunately.
i had managed to fix that,

"healthPenaltyMax": 0
i changed the zero's to 100's which might be OP since limbs come back with 100% of their total health
love it, although blacked out limb becomes one health when healed
i hadn't, installed and launched as is. i am running 3.2.1 spt 
i tried them all, only thing that happened is light sources went green, thermals worked though. i suppose it is one of the other mods i have messing with them
i think with the latest, NVGs might be messed up, still incredibly dark
good stuff, so far i noticed 357 ammo doesn't go into the cylinder
all items examined?
that i didn't try, and there is quiet a few new items i don't think it marks examined
does it work 3.11?
i have been able to edit skills, and finishing annoying quests with the editor
