I reinstalled the game because the Reshala assistants didn't spawn and I thought maybe I had installed something incorrectly. But no, even on a clean game without mods, these assistants still won't spawn, that is, the Reshala will spawn alone.

are you using 7zip or WinRAR as WinRAR makes issues for some reason.
also you don't need to extract you can just drag and drop the files into said location
The same error as when extracting that when moving
