I removed all the mod but leave KMC server modifired it and try to run the game so it have the same issue again.Then I decide to uninstall KMC mod and Boom it work.
It doesn't have a dot on sights or anything.It happen when i use all of shotgun in this game even shotgun from mod having the same issue.
